Shipping Information

All orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

To ensure a fast and efficient shipping process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed; once an order has been confirmed and paid for, the preparation and shipping process begins immediately.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

Your package is shipped via a tracked and secure shipping; the courier entrusted with the shipment may vary.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the information relating to your shipment.

The ordered goods are prepared with care and using adequate packaging; in the event of breakage or tampering with the package, we invite you not to accept the delivery and to contact us immediately.

We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and that any complaints regarding such issues should be forwarded directly to the appropriate carrier.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
